June 6

I got a wild hair and decided to go skiing. Mineral fork seemed like an option, but the lower's melted. Compacts were in order.

Snowline is just beyond the run outs of the northeast slide paths, where skis and skins transistioned to snow.

I climbed to the east facing saddle, heleicopter landing site in winter, for a view into Mill B and part of Broads.

The point.

Track from the ridge.

Looking back at the turns.

I thought I might not ski again till the fourth of July, but it wasn't bad.
